But with how I take them apart to understand and then rebuild them stronger, I make it easier for teams across your organization to implement on-brand choices. Ultimately this strengthens the brand, your bottom line, and cuts down the hours (and frustration) spent in back-and-forth on approvals.

By immersing myself in your audience's world, I quickly develop an intuitive understanding of their lives and their communities. Unlocking key insights in this space helps me take work to the next level.

Research & insights

My background as a journalist makes me adept at gathering a variety of research, from 1 on 1 interviews to focus groups and Simmons to academic papers.

For example ethnographic research can help with increasing memberships, identifying compatible, additional audiences, or even comparing your offerings to competitor brands.
