A podcast borne out of my own fascination with the 2016 U.S. presidential election
+ my own cultural confusion moving from Kansas to Richmond and Richmond to Atlanta

Since the 2016 U.S. presidential election, more people and brands have taken notice of the people that exist between the coasts. And brands and agencies alike are either trying to talk to them or are scrambling to put teams together to research them.

Don't worry: This episode is not about politics. But I do want to talk about what leads up to the voting booth: people’s cultural values. It's never as simple as red states or blue states, dividing the virtuous from the bigots. And no matter how many times we go back to what unites us as a country, clearly how we want to perpetuate our democratic experiment is radically different.
